“The Big Pan Theory" is the combination and culmination of all the things which we both keep near and dear to our hearts: food, science, and “The Big Bang Theory" (both the show and the theory itself. Either that, or it’s merely for the namesake of this account. But that wouldn’t make for as good a story and reason.)
Ultimately, “The Big Pan Theory' is our own version of “food for thought’—things we consider worthy of contemplation. Since we were little, we have believed inquisition to be an important characteristic in each and everyone and, to us, food is something worth being inquisitive about, something that excites and motivates us to learn more, discover more.
And now, we can’t wait to share this journey with you: through our inquisitions, through the world of science and deliciousness, through science and art, and food.
Mostly, though, through food.
