FRESH TERIYAKI SALMON

Hungry and want to treat yourself? Craving something sweet and savory but not at all heavy? This fresh teriyaki marinated salmon served with some warm rice will soothe your soul




I/ Ingredients:

300g o. fresh sliced/cubed salmon

3 cloves o. garlic, smashed

½ tsp o. grated ginger

4 tbs o. soy sauce

1 tbs o. oyster sauce

½ tbs o. rice vinegar

1 tbs o. honey

¼ tsb o. sesame oil


II/ Instructions

Prepare all your ingredients and put in a container or bowl. Put in your salmon in the teriyaki sauce and cover tightly. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes and up to overnight.


Serve over warm rice, and garnish with green onions and a light splash of sesame oil.
